Weber Genesis Grill

I can’t afford the Weber (0-0), am looking at the Brinkmann Gourmet Charcoal Smoker/Grill, ProQ Frontier or similar. Just trying to find somewhere in Australia that stocks these; or I am willing to purchase online from overseas provided that the postage doesn’t end up pushing the price up to what I would pay for the Weber. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m looking to spend about 0 on a charcoal grill but I can’t decide on what to get. I’ve looked at Char Grill, Royal Oak, Char Broil and Weber. Im looking for something that can cook at least 6 at a time and over 10 hamburgers at a time. Any suggestions??

I have a weber. Fairly new and spotless burners. Cranked it up for the first time this year last night with a full propane tank and the flames are low, very low. Is this the valves or the propane tank. It worked fine in the fall and the tank went empty. I exchanged it yesterday and now very low flow. Are these tanks sometimes defective or is it usually something wrong with the grill. Everyting looks fine as for no clogging. The only two things I can think of would be the burner valves or the propane tank itself. I didnt know if these tanks were often defective before I go back to home depot and get a refund.
It was the tank. I took it back to home depot and exchanged it for one that was almost new. Works beautifully.

I imagine I’ll get some "Why?"s. I was given a propane grill with an empty tank, and I haven’t filled it. I’ll be grilling for more people than my Weber can handle. What will happen if I light up some charcoal in there? It’s a Ducane, for what it’s worth.

Ive made smoked brisket in one of those large ceramic "green egg" smokers before at a friends house, but i just bought a new Weber yesterday and thats the closest i have to a smoker, and so i was wondering if anyone knew of any good ways to cook a brisket inderectly on a Charcoal grill..i was thinking maybe cooking it in an aluminum pan for maybe 6 hours and keep basting it for the first few hours or something, but i wasnt sure if that would work well or not since a weber gets much more hotter then an offset smoker….thanx in advance

I want to buy a grill. I have seen Weber grill here. Can I use tht. As I couldnt find foreman grill in india.

Its a weber model silver B. Burners are new. Ignites fine heats up great with a high flame. Half way through cooking it starts to cool down. Flame dwindles no matter how high you have it set. Flame does not go out but dwindles. After you leave it off for a few days it cranks right back up but does the same thing half way through cooking. Its a basic gas grill, no frills. Oh and I checked the lines no spiders it has a screen on the valve assembly.

I have a new grill but it is natural gas. I want to take it to the country and I need propane.
What do I do? It is a Weber. Thanks to anyone with help.

Steak, London Broil

I’m remodeling my back yard and having a custom made bbq installed. It will be a bbq island with tile, etc. I have to buy a grill that the contractor will build into the island. I’ve been to bbq galores, but want to know what else is out there. Does weber make a grill that will work for this? I checked online and did not find much.

I’m looking to buy my husband a new grill for Father’s Day, but due to vehicle repairs and moving expenses, I’m not going to have a lot of extra money to put into it. Weber grills are out of my price range. I found one at Sears, a Char-Broil brand, for 0. Has anyone ever used this brand, what was your experience? Also looking for other brand recommendations around that price. Thanks!

I’m new to grilling so hopefully this question isn’t too ignorant. We just bought a new grill and opted for the Weber Q 300. It received numerous excellent reviews and in addition to great performance we like the compact design. But it doesn’t have an extra side burner, so during a loss of electricity where we have to fully rely on it, can I put a pot directly over the flame to cook soups, stews, etc? Thank you!

I just purchased a weber portable grill and the propane bottle size they recomended(the only type I could find) is for a small hand held torch. Is it the same type fuel as cooking propane? Is it safe to eat food cooked with that type?

I want to know the song to the new weber grill commercial where all the people are dancing around the grills. Its a catchy tune and I wanna know what it is and i cant find it anywhere!

i am looking for a grill 3 to 4 burners, between 0-00. Stainless steel so it won’t rust. If any one can recomend a grill. But you must have read many reviews or own the grill yourself thank you. oh and i was looking to get my( this is for fathers day) the summit 650 from weber. what do you think of that grill?

this is supposed to help dry age your steaks, is this true, i have heard that dry aging steaks takes about two to three weeks.also i have a extra fridge can i turn that into a permanent dry age room stek room/device thanks.

My grill is perfectly fine except for the bottom rack that the charcoal resides on while cooking (NOT the actual food grilling rack surface, that part is in good condition.) Is this safe to cook with? Once again the grill is fine except for the rack that holds the charcoal, that’s the only part with surface rust.

Most government sites and recommendations i’ve found say that gas grills should be at least 10 feet from your home. How is that possible with a patio or condo? We have a 20 x 6 ft patio and I’d like to put a Weber Summit S-450 out there.

I received a Weber Grill as a gift. It uses a tank of gas for fuel that has to be refilled periodically. Is it possible to convert this grill so that a plumber could connect it straight to my natural gas line?
If so, do you know where I could buy a kit to do this?
